hi,the error A02 relates to a fault on the heating circuit.three components to check here. one being the most likely,the heating element ,you will need a multimeter to check the element for an o/c open circuit or a s/c shortcircuit .no two the heater relay o/c or s/c no three,the thermistor/safety T/stat o/c or s/c . the heater relay is mounted to the pcb ,you will have to remove the card and check the board .pay attention to the soldered joints around the relay,and any burn areas .may just need resoldering,the rest of the components are a easy test.
