vauxhall vectra 2.0 DTI LS 2003?

this vehicle will not start easily if it is parked on a slope with the front of the car facing upwards?...... i have been told it could be injector seals, fuel return pipes, fuel filter housing?...can anyone make an accurate diagnosis of this problem?.. it has been sugested that a one way valve should be fitted in the fuel line?..... if so where can i get such a valve?...... also it makes no difference if the tank is full or nearly empty....

Poor starting also, takes a few minutes before it runs and the smoke would choke you. My drive is on a slope and I have tried it both ways and on the flat with no change. Going to try the bleed off pipes then maybe the Inj seals.
