How do you remove the plastic covers, in order to get at the bulbs, on a Franke Cooker Hood, Decorative Soft FDS 954XS?

In exactly the same way as shown on the UTube video, except use two screw drivers (must be thin bladed) at the same time (one each side) and do it as if you mean it!
