the most obvious place to check first would be the dispenser drawer for a split or crack.but you will have already removed and inspected ? make sure you haven't got a build up of powder above the drawer on the machine or any blocked holes.if all appears ok take the top off and inspect the hoses from the water inlet valve to the chamber for leaks and security.if all ok lower cold water pressure to the washer,if you can a little.
