how can I fix Belling Elec cooker 652?

Main oven element blew with fuse.mended fuse. Ever since the oven fan won't switch off.Permanently on.Have replaced element still the same.

1st Element would have no effect on fan.
Fan staying on look to control section, as element blew fuse, it could of damaged control cct's. So probably a faulty control, Not well up on the model, so just general, but would hold true for any model.
