I found the instructions very helpful to get the grey plastic back off BUT I can`t reach the rollers to release the remnants of pouch. I`ve tried unscrewing what I thought were the holding screws but nothing is loosening. Staples sold the product but aren`t interested when it comes to repairs. I can`t find a repair person in the Dundee area
