We recently moved into a property and we have a FERtech 31c when I looked at it it wasn't using the ECO but one of the kids was playing around with buttons the other day so had to press the ECO so we had heating. As they hit the reset button, Does anyh one know how to get the settings back as now the heaters are not getting as hot as we would like and some of the radiators are not heating up at all. I have sourced a manual but i cant make heads or tails of it, and also dont know if any of the Knobs at the bottom have been turned. I have now put a door on the area where the FERtech 31c is so it wont happen again. Can any one help ?
