dehumidifiers?

i plug in lg dehumidifier it starts for 3or4 seconds and quits for some reason humidity window shows 01 when it starts it shows 70 then shuts off and bucket full light flashes. i tried switch off old dehumidifier and also jumper wire but it does same thing (bucket full switch).
