the last samsung pump I replaced had a Askoll typeM224XP magnetic pump fitted, cost about £10,but refer to your model no when ordering the new part.samsung has started to upgraded the pump now.

The impeller in the pump should turn freely, that's the round fan shaped disc inside the pump.if its free and turns without jamming, then it is most likely the pump has failed electrically. The pump has to run constantly on the drying cycle,so it gets a lot of stick.you should be able to hear the pump running on start up,during the rinse program,on the spin cycle, and constantly on the drying cycle.Theres always that chance that the pcb has failed electronically, but the machine is showing classic signs of pump failure. If you didn't find a blockage in the pump then we must assume the pump is faulty.

so... i did everything.... all pipes are clean... i think that the pump has failed... or could i have blocked it somehow??? is there any chance that it could be an electronical problem???

Yes the water is not draining fast enough from the machine.5e error will be displayed and the drying cycle will be aborted.Hence the water still in the drum.you need to find out why its not draining fast enough. It could be a problem with the outlet pipe or where it connects to.It may be a intermittent blockage in the pump.strip it down and inspect. To clear the code switch the machine off and on at the plug socket.

i checked it again, it dries when there is no water, but with water in the drum it stops the program

Theres your answer,.if it doesn't drain, something is stuck in the pump or the filter is blocked.I would think the 5e error is a pump time out fault, associated with either above.Refer to your user manuai for filter location. You will most likely have to remove the pipe that joins the drum to the pump, blockage is more likely to be at that side of the pump.Follow the drain outlet pipe into the machine and you will see where it joins onto the pump.Remove the pipe on the otherside of the pump,or maybe the pump has failed,.You will have to investigate.
