how can i fix it?

my electrolux cooker has blown my fusebox the cooker was not even on

I presume you mean a fuse of the correct amperage in the fuse box, if this happened while the mains switch on the wall was off you have a wiring problem, otherwise it could be any number of things causing a down to earth short within the cooker
