How do i reset my beko wm7267 washing machine?

How do i reset my beko 7267 washing machine.....i have only had this machine for 6 mths & already the motor has gone & had to wait 2 weeks for them to fix it!!!! now it won't spin & i can't clear the display. Help please!!!!!!!!!

press and hold the start button for 5 seconds.if that don't work call servicing again.would advise you remove the filter and check there isn't anything jammed in the drain pump impeller
