How can i fix my hygena classic 910g it wont light?

My hygena gas oven and seperate grill will not light there is there is no noise from the igniter and no gas comming through on both of them. The interior light does not come on but the cooling fan does I have checked the electrical fuses and they are ok. It has an analog clock which is set to manual but i think this only contols the oven. I have just read on here that a hygena classic with a digital clock has a reset button in the oven but I cannot see one on mine I dont know if it has one else where any help greatfully recieved.

I cleaned my Hygena Classic oven and now the oven wont light. The grill works but the pilot keeps clicking. Do you have any suggestions please?

There is a reset button on this model. If you switch off the electical supply and useing a small beamed torch look through the vent slots above the grill door just under the clock you can just see two wires on a sensor and in the centre of this is a red button. this is the reset and can be pushed down to reset with a long thin scew driver or knitting needle. When this is done reconnect the electrics and the clock, grill, and oven should work provided that it was the problem on your cooker.
