Domestic hot water keeps going hot and cold. The boiler is an Alpha CB24x Combi Boiler. Any suggestions please?

Possible blocked plate heat exchanger or faulty ntc sensor...divertors and microswitches also a weakness on that boiler.. any fault indication lights on the front panel?
