ZDF 231 dishwasher has blocked nozzels on rotor?

when unblocking with a pin stuff gets knocked back inside the plascic rotor and reblocs on next wash. why is there paper etc... comming out of the nozzels. shouldnt there be a filter to prevent this. the main machine filters are clean.

This is normal.arms can be removed by prising then off the bit that rotates.then you can wash them under a tap and get everything nice and clean
