I have an olivetti ecr5200 cash register which a child slammed his hands over the keys several times and now it won t work at all. I ve tried turning it on and off and taking the batteries out and leaving it off for 15 mins. Any ideas?

This seems to be a rare model so i don't have notes on it. Make sure none of the keys are stuck down or broken. Otherwise, the only manual I have found for the ecr5200 is here:
