not familiar with the model no. you have given but all dryer belts have to go around the drum and then depending whether its condenser or vented for vented its easiest it goes around the pulley with both tensioner wheels then pushing on the belt for cond. models it first has to be fed under the fan assy and then on to the pulley. with nearly all tds its front panel removal to access. if belt failure is due to burn you need to check between the slides where the front lip of the drum runs on for fluff and remove it
