how can i make the clock chime on the hour and half hour, it chimes for the hour at 20 after and half hour at 10 of the hour

the square boss in the middle of the minute finger is just a friction fit, this has come loose.
Allow the clock to get to a strike position, now STOP the clock working, remove the minute finger and turn the centre square in the finger using a small flat blade screwdriver a little bit, refit it has the finger now moved closer to the strike position or away ? If yes remove finger turn the square some more in the same direction keep trying till finger is in the right position on the hour. when happy need to remove finger apply a small blob of solder to the back of the minute finger and center boss.
