How do I fix my Dimplex Horton Fire?
My Fire has a fault with the operation of the fan that controls the flame effect. Dimplex have agreed to supply an FOC motor, but they won't fit it. Are there any instructions on how to dismantle it to fit a new motor? There are lots of screws, some of which could be securing parts on the inside.
