Potterton Profile - how to get cover off?

I want to troubleshoot my ceased-working Potterton Profile (2000 vintage). Cannot seem to get the control cover off!! There is an evil silver screw with a square slot in it.... which I cannot move.... Please help!

You need big size phillip screw diver,first undo eletronial cover than you we get access ,why do you want cover off?......
