secure sighn on screen?

i have a nissan primera p12 2004 tdci .i removed the cd changer for repair since removal i keep getting secure sighn across the screen its a green band can anyone help me.

Have you refitted the removed CD-changer?

The display will show the green "SECURE" error message if the radio unit is not connected.
