Hello. I bought a Sharp XEA102 off eBay and it got slightly damaged in transit - i think it's fixable though. Basically it was sent with the key inserted, and when i went to turn it on the mechanism felt very loose - i took the key out, and the key holder bit fell into the hole, and i can't get it out. Is it easy to get into this part of the till? Noticed some screws on the bottom of the till but didn't want to go opening it up needlessly.

You can usually glue the mode lock back onto the top section if it is just the mount that has broken
