Do Indesit make a garage kit to stop the freezer from not freezing when the temperature drops?

I assume this is a fridge freezer with a stat in the fridge looking for 3-4 deg.Outside temp is lower so freezer defrosts because fridge temp never rises high enough to switch compressor on and maintain freezer temp of -18 plus.these appliances need to be used in a room with at least a 12deg plus ambient.

Would not of thought so. Your unit will keep the temperature inside, as it is set, irrelevent of outside temp. If outside temp is -30, and unit set to -20. unit inside temp, due to the insulation, would still be about -20 would save you fuel costs, as unit would not need to switch on.
