Can I fix my Artemide Tizio lamp if it split apart where it connects?

I knocked my Artemide Tizio lamp over and when it fell, it split apart on both sides where it connects to work - where the red connectors are and where it swings up and down. If I hold the lamp together manually, it works, but will not stay together on it's own. Can I fix this problem myself. Also, during the fall, the base fell off and won't stay on securely.

One more thing, before snapping together, make sure the head is facing in the correct direction. It will still work, but it may be annoying that the head won't be in the same direction as it was before.

I'm answering my own question, for anyone else who has the same problem.......because I recently found out that the arms snap back together, but you have to use a bit of force. It makes sense after looking at the construction, and I tried it and it works perfectly.
