Hi Some idiot work man has turned my boiuler off at the mains rather than through the wireless thermostat and its not firing up. ive got hot water but no heating. its a boss therm BPS242RF- Ive tried to reset it but it doesnt seem to be picking up the signal! changed batteries etc too - any ideas anyone?

I assume he turned it off to work on or around it, In which case you are the idiot if you expect him to work on it live. read you r manual about resyncing the control, or disconnect it. Dont forget to turn power to the boiler off first if you do.
