Zanussi DE67445 is not draining properly?

Water stays in the bottom after wash cycle & will not drain. We have lost the m,anual so don't know where to start. Any ideas please?

sUGGESTIONS FROM THE MANUAL:FAULT CODE:DRYING PHASE INDICATOR LIGHTS ARE FLASHING.*DRAIN HOSE MAY BE SQUASHED OR BENT. *SINK MAY BE BLOCKED. *DRAIN HOSE EXTENSION IS NOT CORRECT. *NO VENT IN THE END OF THE DRAIN HOSE. GOODLUCK!
