How can I fix the door catch on my NEFF S9W1F ?

The door latch on my NEFF S9W1F has moved into the locked position with the door open and I cannot now close the door and use the machine. Can somebody tell me how to remedy this problem as I assume it has been caused through accidental 'button pressing' or something similar.
