daewoo concerns?

theres some kind of cable unerneath my car.it hangs down in.the centre and almost touches the ground its like its been.clipped on from left to right..just wandered if any one knows what it could be and is it dangerous. thanx

Sounds like a handbrake cable. If so it shouldn't be hanging down. Probably not located properly.
