how do i chnge my spark plugs on my renault megane 1.6 coupe? 2000 v reg?

how do i chnge my spark plugs on my renault megane 1.6 coupe? 2000 v reg i notce there is a cover which is screwed in which is covering the plugs,do i unscrew this to get to them?

the plugs are under the ciol packs so take out the bolts lift up and you will see the plugs
