Iwhy does new belt keep coming off indesit w10?

I have applied a new belt to my indesit w103 but it keeps coming off on one side. Why is this.

alignment between motor and drum due to worn or loose drum drive pulley,tigten center bolt and turn pulley by hand to check,if notgonna have to check bearings,could also be broken top support springs or bottom shock support
