take of the panel where belt comes out you will se were the belt fastens on and the belt coiled up.they usually have moved out of line so will need bending back to side of car till belt pulls out or bolt will have let it move sideways. if it stays jammed its best to replace it [breakers?]giving it a tap if its stuck sometimes works
