LG front load washer,coming up with an LE message how do I fix it?

I have an LG WM2432HW front load washer, it is coming up with an LE message on the display and the drum is locks up when it comes to spin. what could the problem be and how do I fix it?

unbalanced load,

unplug the machine, and remove some clothes from the drum,

spin the drum around by hand and power the machine back up,and resume the spin cycle.

In most cases this procedure can work,
