Constant water build up at bottom of fridge?

Since we have our new hotpoint integrated fridge freezer we have had a problem with litres of water building up in the bottom it is now a daily occurance soaking up the water with towels however the carcass that the appliance sits on is so wet now it may need to be replaced . Why is this happening maybe i dont have enough ventilation at the back of the fridge i have no idea is it a faulty fridge i forgot to say it is a frost free fridge.

Water from the evaporator, normally would run down a pipe, from a trough along the back of the unit, the other end of the pipe, would feed into a trough around the top of the compressor. Heat from the compressor would then evaporate the water away. Check the pipe is not blocked. poke some wire or similar down, not to stiff, as you might damage it. other than that, make sure that the trough along the back inside, If a separate unit is positioned correctly, Some are part of the moulding. Should be no other reason for it happening.
