when i try to record on my mico dvd recorder. It records for about seven seconds and I then get the message disc warning on the screen. I have tried different discs.

Also it would only play manufactured dvds and not the ones on dvd-r and dvd+r and rws. why is this can you give me a solutions

Mine also has a similar problem. After recording something, when you press stop, the postformat takes ages and then the message disc error comes up. The menu doesnt appear and the disc is useless. The same goes if you use a previously recorded disk that works until you add something to the recording, rendering that disc useless as well.

Ive cleaned the lens, tried 4 different makes of disc, and done a hard reset but all with no joy.

So i would be really grateful if anyone could know the answer. Thanks
