hi can anyone tell me why my fridge freezer is not getting cold the freezer is not working at all the fridge is not cold at all and the alarm keeps going off.I have tryed to turn the dials temp and that does not have any effect my uncle had a look and he says that ici unit is at fault please is there any body that can shed some light on this matter
