led screen on sony handycam is blank when fully open and displays picture normal when screen is almost closed ( 20 degree angle ) .model is hdr-sr10e. could this be the ribbon connection which i have read about on other sony camcorder models ? and if so how can i get hold of a replacement one and get it fixed as i will be in cambridge in may 2012.
