How do I fix my Sylvania SMPK 4083 MP3 player?
I have 2 Sylvania MP3 plays model SMPK 4083, one works fine the other will not turn on or charge. When I plug it into my computer I receive the following message "USB Device is not recognized" and was once prompted to search for supporting software, but none was found on my computer.
