How do you fit a new thermal fuse on a Leisure Zenith 100?

I need to fit a new thermal fuse to the left hand side oven (conventional) of my Leisure Zenith 100, after taking the back off how so I get access to the top of the cooker? Does the ceramic hob lift off? Any help appreciated
