Currently having problems with Thompson TUTV remote. The response to the remote is sometimes sluggish and the right curser doesnt work unless pressed very hard for 5 to 10 seconds.

I have, updated box, formatted disk and done a full system reboot.

Im sure TUTV resolved this issue some years ago but they wont talk to me as i no longer subscribe.

Any ideas please.
