reading through the listed problems a lot seem to relate to your particular brand name of which i am not familar with, most pcb failures are due to a relay component which is probably available from the likes of Maplin and soldered in by the likes of your local tv repair guy, also remember that prior to pcb s that these units were run on stats so any good electrician should be able to convert it to the old fashioned system and get rid of the PCB board altogether
