how can i reset my dishwasher?

i have a diplomat integrated dishwasher and it was tuerned off in error before the programme was finished how do i reset the machine

Try the 'Microsoft Method'
Unplug it and leave it for at least 5 minutes to unsure it is fully powered down. Then plug it in again.
Works every time with a Sky decoder and most other software freeze ups.
