clutch on 1996 ford fiesta is sticking when i depress it?

I'm hoping it just needs wd-40 - but i don't know where to look. Can i fix this without a mechanic?

i had similar problem with mine, its a fault with the clutch master cylinder seal, so wd-40 wont fix it, consult a mechanic
