my treadmill stopped?

when i press the start button on my treadmill(proform 450x) the breaker in the house keeps tripping. how do i repair it??

I turn my treadmill TX 5.0 rc sportcraft on and it runs for about 7seconds then it shuts off and a 3 comes up on the distance window. How do I fix this so I can use my treadmill.
