How can I fix my Worcester 28CDI RSF Combi Boiler?

Water is continuously bubbling out of the Automatic air vent on the top of the boiler. This continues to do so even with the boiler electrically switched off. What is causing this, and how do solve the problem? I have bled all the radiators in the system.

Only air should come out if water then it's faulty ,replace it,you have to drain out system to replace it ,you have buy original part
