Hi can anybody help please.
Had new heating system fitted with said thermostat but it keeps coming on when i dont want it to i.e through the night. I have set it to come on a.m and p.m but i dont quite understand the comfort and energy saving modes, i thought i did but i must be doing something wrong. Can anybody out there please help ?

we have the same thermostat. Our boiler was firing up during the night even though the heating was 'Off'. It was nothing to do with the thermostat but the boiler, it was set on economy mode. It sounds a bit daft but it is supposed to just keep the water in the pipes warm or something like that. Anyway we turned it on to normal setting and it has been fine.

what times & temperatures have you set?
