How can I fix a chunk that was knocked out of my upvc door?

I don't have the piece of upvc so I cannot glue it back in. How can I fix a 4cm chunk of upvc that was knocked out of my front door by removal men?

upvc adhesive/small gap filler. build it up in layers, very fine wet and dry to finish off
