A lot of people seem to have a similar fault but with no replies.my heap of junk has power all the lights come on and then it sits there waiting. After a couple of minutes the word Door appears. some people have changed the interlock and still does not work have these DIY ERS gone on to fix there machines. and what was the fault was it easy to find
simple answer is even simpler, nothing to do with the door lock. Your motor brushes are worn, replace them. When the motor goes open circuit the door locks physically but the electronics dont recognize this. PIECE OF PISS

simple answer is a door interlock may or may not fix the problem, you need 230/240v down to the interlock from the module if this is not there the mod. is faulty and any number of interlocks wont fix it, hope this explains it
