How can I fix a Creda Cordialle Gas Oven?

Our Creda Cordialle Gas Oven just went out whilst cooking a meal. The clock is still working but neither the oven nor the grill ignite. The seperate gas hob that is over the top of the oven still works perfectly so there is gas getting to it. There was not a powercut or anything at the time. Is it likely to be a replaceable thermostat or the like?

Not so much a thermostat, but a valve, controling the gas, Most gas cookers have a shut of valve, If you have a glass top, will shut off the gas, if you close it etc. I would think that the safety valve has closed, shutting off the gas to oven and grill, for whatever reason, but that is the part you need to check, usualy in the back, follow the gas pipes
