why is radiators hot when only water is on..HELP?

the boiler is a micron glow worm and timer is lifestyle model LP522..When i switch water on the radiators get very hot even though heating is not on..still the same if i turn the temp down on the thermostat..does anyone know what could be wrong plz

Most likely diverter valve is passing, either you have 2 2 way valves or 1 3 way valve.
They wear inside causing this problem. will need replacing
