Possibly faulty inlet valve (solenoid) it is in the grey plastic box that fits on the tap. What happens when you start a prog? It should drain out for 1 min then open the inlet valve you should feel the box vibrating. Could be valve is not being switched on by machine also. If you can use multi meter unplug machine, remove small panel where pipes enter machine you will see cable that runs up to valve disconnect one of the wires and check continuity across the 2 wires should be about 3.6k ohms or so.Cheers
