I have a new Ultima 65 and various occassions it starts rolling the film on the exit rollers of the machines and jamms. The paper is so tight in the rollers you cannot even pull it out. What can I do to unjamm it?

The problem is, it needs to be tight, to laminate. Unfortunately, you might have to open it up to clear, once open, remove a gear from the end of the shaft or motor. you should then be able to wind it back, IT will still be difficult. Other option, NOT recommended, is to cut it off. You could maybe cut a couple of layers, to free it up quicker, BUT not recommended, catch the roller, jam all the more.
